Loni Hancock for State Senate may accept contributions up to $3,900 per
election for the primary and general elections in 2010 from individuals,
businesses, corporations, unions, PACs, or other legal entities.
Contributions of $100 or more from individuals must be accompanied by
address, occupation and employer name. Contributions from foreign nationals
are prohibited. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax
purposes.
